GetHuman-348705: On June **, ****, I contacted AHS to request service to an AC unit not blowing cool air my rental property. Each time I have contacted the agency over the the past three weeks it has taken **-** minutes to get a live staff on the line. I was told that a vendor would not be able to go out for ** hours. On June **, ****, Jeff with Harkins AC Heating & Controls examined the unit and provided a statement indicating that he "checked attic and there was no deck in front of the furnace... condenser was **% obstructed due to FIN Damage alleging abuse and too much damage to even get an accurate R** reading." The contractor took pictures of the damaged Sheetrock in the attic* nothing to do with the condenser not blowing cool air. And the damage coils does not prevent him from putting the gauge on the suction line to get an accurate R-** reading. As of July *, AHS has not replaced the unit. I need assistance with getting this company to service my unit.
