GetHuman-72505: The one-minute wait was on a Sun. a.m. at **:**. I had waited on hold on Sat. a.m. for ** mins. and had to hang up to go on with other commitments. This agent was very good and said the water heater would be replaced since * visits from the plumber failed to fix the problem of the pilot light not staying on. The unit is very old - from about ****. The plumber told me replacement would be required(on the *th visit) if the pilot light went out again and it did go out in about ** hours.*The AHS agent said there would be no charge to us for the new unit.
