~tmo: I think it's awful that every single time I call the customer service number, I am on hold a minimum of ** minutes. I am at **:** and counting... No matter what time of day I call its the same. It doesn't reflect well on the company that its member's time is not of value. I have a simple question that I can't find an answer to online. It's way too much to ask of people to invest this much time just to ask a simple question that will probably take someone about * min to answer. I just got through and when I told the rep I was on hold for ** minutes she just said sorry and transferred me to someone else. I am on **:** min so far... It is now **:** and I give up.
