~Joe: I called got reservations the lady was great but she didn't email me the info she promised, I called back talked to some woman that couldn't find my resv*Said the lady I first spoke with did not make it and I would have to pay more , she put me in hold ** minutes never came back, I called again and lady that answered found my resv right off and everything was ok, the nut I talked to that couldn't find anything thought I was going to get in train and go to Chicago just to get to New Orleans that explains why she couldn't tell her b from a hole in the ground.

~Joe: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Joe: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Joe: For that I would say five out of five.
