If your only goal is to get the darn report, this phone number is perfect - it is a machine asking for your personal information, the machine reads it back to you to ensure accuracy, and it only took * minutes (and that's only because I have an odd street name). On the other hand, if I had QUESTIONS regarding the report, it would be great to have a phone number connecting me to a human being because once I DO receive my credit report via mail, I am definitely going to want to speak to a person!
