Call number two: on hold for *hr ** mins after being told the avg. wait time was **mins. BS! I couldn't wait any longer so I hung up. Call number *: on hold for *hr and * mins before I gave up again. These were my exact call times from my phones recent calls history. At my wits end! I refuse to call anymore so I tried the "We'll call you" option online. Surprise, surprise. Been over a week and still no call. Don't know what else to do b*c I can't email them b*c they suppose ably don't have a customer service email! ?$&@!?@*%. Yup.
