GetHuman-367120: None of the numbers worked. Problem was not solved. Have attempted to reach Anthem Blue Cross * times a day since Jan *. After extensive wait times exceeding one hour* get disconnected. Other times, have received the message to call back at a later time, although they value our time. Really? If they respected our valuable time, we would be able to pay our premiums on line using the Case or Ap * provided at time of enrollment. This debacle has taken considerable time away from work to get nowhere. Time is money! I shudder to wonder what the service will be like should customers finally find to a way to reach this company. This is a dire situation for many applicants with pre-existing conditions. How can any company not be prepared for the throes of customers headed their way. Good luck to one and all!
