~Not a happy customer: The employees are not helpful, nor knowledgeable. It takes several phone calls or an extremely long wait time to get what I need taken care of. They never log notes about my calls, and nobody seems to ever have any information, so I continue to get transferred from one department to the next or stay on hold (e.g. over ** minutes straight at one time). Of course this only discourages and frustrates members more. I have continued to be extremely displeased with the quality of service I have received. Not to mention the insurance plans they offer are extremely expensive for the lack of services they cover and*or what is paid out of pocket, in addition to the monthly fees. I will not consider Anthem for my insurance coverage in the future, especially for independent insurance.
