~pat: A BIG callout to Carina, Apple Customer Care rep from Toronto. Had problems with my Apple TV. She was sweet, sympathetic and stepped me expertly through the process of restoring it to factory defaults---despite balky internet service which slowed everything up. She even stayed on the line while I walked my dog. It just doesn't get better than that! :)

~pat: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pat: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Apple's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pat: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Apple customers?
~pat: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Apple to know who you are.
