~Apple Skeptic : Apple has many great products. I own several. Their customer service is horrible, the worst I've ever experienced. Long hold times and ridiculous policies. They locked me out of my I-tunes acct in the middle of purchasing music. The rescue site was crashed so I called. Despite answering * security questions, they would not reset my acct. without a ** hour wait. And then they give you a * hour window to respond or you have to start over. Just trying to buy I-tunes music. But NOOOOOOO! You would think I was attempting to break into Ft. Knox.

~Apple Skeptic : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Apple Skeptic : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Apple's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Apple Skeptic : For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Apple customers?
~Apple Skeptic : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Apple to know who you are.
