~Toastie: Everyone raves about Apple Store Geniuses. Well, when your genius suddenly goes to lunch, and you're no longer in the queue, you can be left adrift for two hours, because no one has time to help you. Three broken iPhones in a span of * days. Two hours of **** at Apple store. The manager helped only in dragging the lunch-break guy back up front. No comp for lousy service. Switching to CREDO this week. Done with Apple.

~Toastie: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Toastie: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Apple's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Toastie: For that I would say two out of five.
