~Tina: I bought a new I Phone * for my daughter's college graduation. It took over * hours in line at *Th ave store. Today we try to set it up and our phone carrier told us this phone is black listed, flagged and cannot be used. I call Apple after ** min they tell me I have to go back to Manhattan store and swap phone. There was no explanation, no apology and no offer for compensation. Apple sold me a stolen phone or a refurbished one.
