~dilroop singh: I purchased macbook pro **' retina display on ** august **** and within ** days of purchase, I observed few flickering lines on right hand side of screen which are *increasing in number day by day.**I took it for repair at apple service centre on *th September **** and they refuse to cover this under warranty saying that this is an accidental fault.*There are no scratches, dents, damage or breakage on the macbook or on the screen as per your hardware warranty policy. **How can increasing lines on the screen be the fault of the customer that too within ten days of purchase and careful handling.**Also, sometimes I hear some kind of noise of hinges from the macbook. I am not satisfied with the product quality.**I want this defective product to be replaced or else I want my money back.****On **th September, I collected it from the service centre unrepaired .*I am honestly not satisfied with the quality of macbook pro and your service. I had never expected this from apple.**Kindly look into
