~Megan: I've called Apple's customer service only twice, and the first time around sucked, but the second time around was so helpful! The guy I talked to told me step by step instructions and told me what to do. He instructed me to contact Apple via email, and told me how to start the email. I ended up getting all of my lost content back free-of-charge with absolutely no hassle, and it took about ** hours for me to fully recover the lost content. Great support this time! I think it definitely depends on who answers the phone. If you get someone who is not helpful, I'd recommend that you hang up and call again. :)

~Megan: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
