~onerotten apple: Apple is usually pretty good in customer care, all it takes is one rotten apple to spoil their image. I had an exceptionally horrible woman take my call. serious attitude problem. didn't give me options, just kept talking and not listening. at the end, she commented i was insane for wanting to call the appleshop for an appointment. feel like complaining, but i think she'll get fired in due time.
