~EmRey: For this company being a service for ill and disabled patients, I am sadly disappointed in their quality. I normally don't write reviews or judge customer service, but they were dreadfully unaccommodating to me. I was renting a breast pump. When the rental agreement was up, I received a letter saying Apria tried contacting me with no response. After calling their company and checking my phone history they simply didn't leave a voicemail with an unknown number. not professional. I am temporarily disabled after giving birth, so I requested that the driver called before coming to the door so I have time to tend to my son and slowly get out of bed*sitting to answer the door. They told me NO!! and told me to just drop it off at their office. How rude! I just explained I am injured with a newborn. Depressing service.
