~ny12203: I changed companies for cpap supplies over a year ago as Apria was the absolute WORST. They continue to send automated messages since though I have called them * times to remove me. In * months that I used Apria, NOT ONE ORDER WAS EVER CORRECT - this is not an exaggeration. They mailed me * orders and ALL were wrong. After the last order and me complaining, they remailed me the supply and THAT WAS INCORRECT. I then cancelled with them and a week later they mailed me supplies. I took all the supplies that they sent me over the * or * months I was with them to the local office near Albany NY and told them I want my insurance company reimbursed. That was at least * months ago. They never reimbursed my insurance company for items which I never used and were sent to me incorrectly. As a matter for fact, they deny ever receiving them as they "have no record." I am not just saying this because the company has really irritated me, but it's the absolute truth - this is the WORST company I have
