~SeanKelly: I've been talked down to, interrupted, etc. Their customer service is so **** poor it's embarrassing. Because of the horrible customer service, we've switched my mother's services to LinCare (They are awesome - especially with what we've been through with Apria). They are making threats to make it so her insurance company will not pay for oxygen equipment if we leave them, as there are only * options. Option *, sign a release for discontinuing services against doctor orders. Option *, get a prescription from a doctor. Neither of these the case. They've picked the wrong one to mess with.

~SeanKelly: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~SeanKelly: For that I would say one out of five.
