~Jazzypage: June **, ******Apria Healthcare LLC*I have been working on this bill for nearly one year. At last, Medicare reconsidered my claim and adjusted their payment. I have attempted to straighten out a claim for over one year. Medicare and Tri Care should have paid my bill for life. Apria has received payment from them yet continues to send the bill to a collection agency. I never get response on the phone and my letters are ignored. Apria claims they never received paper work for the doctors. I have filed a grievance with Medicare and Tricare and they ruled in my favor. Apria should be taken to court for fraud.*To review this case. My admittance to the hospital took place early in ****. The doctor diagnosed me with a pulmonary embolism in both lungs and a deep vein thrombosis in my upper fight leg. Upon discharge, Dr. Irwin S. Korngut set up delivery of one portable gaseous oxygen system. Apria Healthcare LLC (*** *** ****) provided the system. I used the system and the bill
