GetHuman-335089: Phoned local Apria office in Springfield, OR.*Gave me a billing number. Tried to call for two days and got only busy signal. Got another number to call from local office. Got message that "We know your time is valuable. Someone will be with you in a moment. Listed to this for about ** minutes. Someone answered. Told them what I wanted. Finally someone else answered. Told them what I want. Got transferred again. Finally hung up in frustration. All I wanted was Apria to send me a statement on four charges on my MC account. I have no idea what I was being charged for.
