~The Gipper: Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Virtually impossible to call on a timely fashion. Charged my credit card * weeks after I picked up my CPAP for some unknown reason with additional charges for items they said were omitted at the beginning. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card co. Because you literally can not call them. I stopped my auto supply renewal and ran away from this company. I advise you do the same.
