~Anonymous1: When the order was first placed, the lady I spoke to seemed quite helpful. However, later, although they were supposed to bill my insurance company for the product, they instead billed me the full amount. When I called in question about this, the customer service was cold and robotic in their answers for this. Also, the order was initially placed mid-month, but they failed to tell me that I would be billed for the entire month of usage (from the first of the month) - so in other words, I was being billed for ** days per month even though I only had the product for *** of the month - This is not how the initial order was explained. So, this feels like poor customer service and somewhat of a scam.
