~Laura Gerrard: Worst company EVER thank GOD for BLUE SHIELD who is going up to bat for me. Apria decided to turn me into collections for a bill I dont even owe. I tried to clear this up and even ended up paying the mere **.** because my time was worth more than how much they were wasting. But even then no resolution because today I get a call from a collection company. So I call upset of course explaining to the rep not to take it personally but wtf so she tells me I need to calm down I then explain but you dont understand its gonna ruin my **** credit so she hangs up on me. I even had explained I had proof that I didnt owe them any money. Hmm why not say I understand your frustration lets get to the bottom of this but to hang up on a person who youve wronged. Shaking my head and they did the same thing to my co workers dad. I will seek a more competent provider in the future.
