~BWN: You can not contact your local office direct. You are put on hold only to have not one come back. There is not understanding about customer service. Your new system simply does not work. I noticed on your web site there is not a place for reviews. I also noted your reviews has been terrible. That is a shame because the local office does all they can to be customer friendly. Take a lesson from them. Your CS stinks.
