~greenpool: I ordered a pool pump on May **th that was discontinued and they emailed me and told me it had been replaced with a comparable one...fine. After * days I emailed them back and asked for a tracking * only to find out they hadn't processed the order because of the item change. The only way you can get customer service is through emails which is time consuming. I have a customer service rep but won't post their name. After almost * weeks and green pool without circulation I am very dissappointed in Aqua Super Center...America's largest supplier!
