GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-cmpierce: Probably the worst bank I have ever banked with. Only been a customer for a few months and have had nothing but problems. Bogus fees, ridiculous hold times on deposits, declined transactions when there is plenty in my account to cover it. Customer service has been horrible and failed to resolve many of these issues. I am looking for another bank and will be closing my account ASAP.
