~ash2008: After first week of delivery, sofa cushions were sagging on the sofa part of the sectional* no help. After ** months, color was fading from the leather* no help. Less than * years, the leather was peeling on the back of the recliner part of the sectional. No help. Was told the item was discontinued, and they were not able to get replacement parts. Out of Luck!!! Spent $****.** on this piece of furniture, and have purchased leather living room furniture from Room Store and paid less and after ** years, it is in better shape than Ashley's furniture.
