GetHuman-434266: I was sent a new phone and was told to activate it for * hours and no would give me my account pin * and when I tried ***-***-**** and *** I kept getting a actomated male voice saying to hit the end key and call customer service which I did and I kept getting the same automated voice saying my phone was not activated.I want to know why earlier yesterday when the phone came and I called twice and spoke with two differwnt reps I was told by one a male that he had activated the phone for me. Not true. On the second call I was told by a female I did not need the account pin and she had sent me * messages with my account pin. Again not true. I need my account pin to activate the phone and trhe reps keep giving me a bunch of ****. Assurancewireless customer service stinks. They act as if they haven't been trained. Bottom line- The service stinks.
