~anonymous: This is a good one, I loose my assurance phone and call to report it, they tell me my phone number is not in there system. They actually call the number and guess who answerd the voice mail? ME. so the number is correct, but yet they add minutes every month to this phone number and still can not find me in the system in anyway, meaning my client ID, my full name,and address, still nothing WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!some organization there. anyway it is a free service so what can you expect???
