~candleman: for about three months my mom has had the same problem. this problem would cause an interruption in her service. on ******** at about *:oo pm her prayers were answered. a very nice man 'ALVIN' took care of everything. professional, patient,personable,knowledgeable, efficient,etc. and a pleasant sense of humor as a nut shell an awesome personality. definitely an asset to your business. and with a promotion an inspiration to other customer service personnel.thank you very much MISTER ALVIN for your kindness as well.
