~tim in florida: i've been trying for * weeks to get a replacement phone . i get the same bull every time . some one from the back office will call me . i don't think they have a back office . and they are in the phillipines , not new jersey . i have talked to * people there and get the exact same response , they will call me after reviewing my case hahaha . what a laugh. hahaha except that i don't have a phone , but i bet the government is paying them .
