~biglick: was trying to talk to someone, but called after hrs. when i call during hrs cant talk to someone either. the email doesnt work. i was texted about a good deal if i recertified. i did found out later its only good for new customers. they should of text me the truth, knew i was not a new customer. this is not fair as i would of taken a better deal for a yr with another company. guess i will call the senior center to try & get out of this mess. i love the service, but dont like being miss informed. thks for yr time.
