GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Asurion customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
ashsmith: Due to a mistake by Verizon (activating the wrong phone on my number), I was unable to complete my claim multiple times. Customer service was horrendous, and very unhelpful. I was transferred multiple times and told to talk to Verizon who in turn sent me right back to Asurion. The lack of communication and integration between the two companies makes the process absolutely repulsive. So thanks Verizon! and Jennifer C. of the Spartanburg, SC store, for costing me several hours on the phone and * trips to Verizon! And thanks Asuiron for treating me like a criminal attempting to commit insurance fraud! I will be switching to Apple Care as soon as possible!
