~henrycrutcher: This has to be the most creative scam -- they make you wade through * minutes of enter this and enter that separated my long messages about iphone warranties (I do not have an iphone), then say "we're sorry, we cannot take your call right now, please try later", and hang up. Filing online gets me to a screen telling me to call for "additional verification", which gets me back to the voice menus and "please try again later".
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Asurion. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Asurion problem?
~henrycrutcher: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~henrycrutcher: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asurion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~henrycrutcher: For that I would say five out of five.
