~kelz4676: This insurance was horrible. My child also had two claims. the only time we had every used the insurance and we have it on * phones.. they cancelled on her personal phone. yest we have had this insurance for years on all phone and had never used it until then. which doesnt matter. this is the sorriest insurance there is but the only one we have a choice to have. I have had to go through **** to file a claim for my husbands phone. it is malfunctioning and is no longer under manufactures warranty! So of course I have to go through them. I absolutely hate this insurance company. I wish there was another choiuce to have besides them! Our phone carriers should give us shoices!!!
