~Rod Gouin: A Technician answered the phone right away. He spoke English well as he is from the USA.*He emailed everything I needed to return to ASUS in Indiana. A new motherboard is being sent out Monday, Today is Friday. The only catch is, they put a hold on bank account for their price on the board until I ship the broken back. Sending it back, AFTER I get the new board! I'm delighted to such fast response.

~Rod Gouin: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
