GetHuman-19836: It has taken over * weeks (so far) to get my problem attended to. Asus is very hard to reach. I finally talked to someone to get a RMA and he never sent it to my email like he said he would.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Asus. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Asus problem?
GetHuman-19836: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-19836: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-19836: For that I would say one out of five.
