~PAPA: My problem wasn't fixed... Was told I had to pay ***.**.. This had a warranty on it so I guess you warranties **** as bad as your ASUS computors.Best Buy where I bought this said the company would replace it and all the company wants is to charge me more money.. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again and certainly nothing with the ASUS name.

~PAPA: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PAPA: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PAPA: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Asus customers?
~PAPA: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asus to know who you are.
