GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-wendykhe: I would rate them a zero if that was an option. I had a ** month old laptop and the hard drive crashed out of nowhere. They refused to replace under warranty. Claiming it was "third party". ??? After a simple conversation and over-the-phone test, it was determined that in fact it was a lemon. The first time I sent it back they replaced the touchpad?? That's like replacing the steering wheel when you took your car in for new tires. Stupidest thing ever. After many calls and sending it in twice with no success, I called my local consumer advocate dept at a major TV station. That got their attention right away. They would have replaced the harddrive very quickly, if they hadn't ignored the escallated cust serv's request to replace the harddrive. I STILL had to make the rounds to ensure the work was done. It's a long, tiring, * month story. Bottom line, call your local consumer advocate, because manufacturers don't like to mess with the media...and don't buy ASUS.

GetHuman-wendykhe: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-wendykhe: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-wendykhe: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Asus customers?
GetHuman-wendykhe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asus to know who you are.
