GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-steve10: This is the single worst experience I have ever had with a hardware company. ONE MONTH past the lousy ONE YEAR warranty, the tablet bricks when I tried to update the OS from the file on their website!!! On the first RMA attempt, they wanted to charge me $*** for a repair after they told me on chat it would be no more than $***. They sent the unit back to me without giving me sufficient chance to dispute what they were trying to charge me, now several months later they are trifling with my *nd RMA request because I complained on the description about how I got treated the first time around. ***** Asus!!!

GetHuman-steve10: For that I would say five out of five.
