~split: The phone numbers listed for international locations on the Asus site are all false. All of them. It is ludicrous that they purposely publish bogus information like this. This is not a company that is interested in long term success. Your investment dollars would be poorly spent. I buy a lot of computers, a lot, really a lot, but there will be no more from ASSES. (if you are slow on the uptake, that last word there was not a spelling error or a typo. I don't make spelling errors or typos and I don't use broken English.)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Asus. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Asus problem?
~split: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~split: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~split: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Asus customers?
~split: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asus to know who you are.
