GetHuman-233923: It has been a week since I placed an order and all items were shown as in stock, but still have not shipped. I emailed Athleta customer service and it took almost **hours for a response and their response did not address the long processing time, instead they only promised to ship within *-** days, not process the order within any specific time frame.
