~Customer in Bedford: *** minutes and counting -- that's how long I have physically waited at a cold house with no working plumbing (being remodeled) for Atmos to get their **** together and connect new service. Not all in the same day mind you, but across two different days. Today they claimed to have come and found nobody at the house, no cars in the driveway, no lights on and a dog barking beind the door -- except that I was at the house all day, with my car in the driveway, the lights on and I don't own a dog. So either their technician went to the wrong address or they routinely lie in order to clear their ticket list so they can go home. That was * hours ago. FIVE HOURS AGO! I wouldn't have to sit here all day if they were just willing to give me a call ** to ** minutes prior to coming out, but they WILL NOT! Instead they require that an adult, age ** or older stay at the location until they finally show up. It's *:** PM now and I've been here for ** *** hours today. The last customer service supervis
