~Atmos Energy Is Horrible: We just moved here (from a house that does not have gas). My husband set the account up, and told me I was on there. **My husband was in a car accident and hospitalized. I called Atmos and explained that he must have signed up for paperless billing because we have not received anything. And I knew we had to have a bill due soon. **They would not give me any information (or let me pay) because it's not in my name. The rep wouldnt even listen to the circumstances.**A few days later the gas gets cut off. I call them and explain the situation, telling them I must have it back on. Again I was told SORRY- CAN'T HELP YOU. **A cold front came in- and we were freezing, could not cook and could not shower. I have * kids. I called again the next morning- because I could not take another day like that.**The rep gets on the phone and does not even listen to the circumstances- she quickly says to turn it back on we have to talk to your husband. Once again I explained that he is in the hospital not
