~Average Joe: The customer service agent himself was helpful as far as he was able, but the AusPost service was SHOCKING. I paid a premium for a Express Courier International document letter to reach Europe in * days. It took ** days and tracking showed it sat in Sydney for * days. AusPost weren't really interested in the fact they breached the contract. They had my money, so, who cares?*I now avoid AusPost like the plague if I can help it and pay for Courier service.
