~StevePalmBeachRealtor: I purchased a Used Vehicle from the Mercedes Benz Dealership in Pompano Beach in September ****. A **** Mercedes CLK ***. Their attention to my needs and follow up service has been excellent. I cant tell you how pleasantly surprised I was to finally fall into a dealership that understands the term " Customer Care". I signed an AS-IS When I purchased the car, yet when I came back a couple weeks later with problems with the Seat Belt Retractor and the Sun Roof switch, I was immediately taken care of at no charge to me. They also provided me with a brand new C*** as a loaner at no charge for the day my car was in the shop. They were gracious and the entire process was painless and very pleasant. I will be buying my future vehicles from them as well as for my family and business.**Sincerely, Steven Staples*CEO - Staples Real Estate Inc.
