~Tango: Avast claims to have free support services-- instead when you call for help reinstalling software, sales tactics like those described here (http:**www.sitepronews.com************bogus-tech-support-companies-targeted-ftc* ) are used to get you to pay for help by frightening you into believing something is seriously wrong with your computer. The claim on AVASTs from page that free support is offered is bogus. Impossible to get a complete refund when you are scammed by AVAST support

~Tango: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tango: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Avast!'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tango: For that I would say four out of five.
