GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Avast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~trishd: Waiting for a refund for a license file that would not open and was told the only way to get a refund is to submit a ticket online. I did that but a week later, no response or even acknowledgement of request. Called the support * back and was told there is no one to talk to about the refund and no managers. Only option is to submit another ticket. Very risky company to deal with...once they charge your card, no one can be reached if you have a problem.

~trishd: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~trishd: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Avast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~trishd: For that I would say five out of five.

~trishd: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Avast to know who you are.
