GetHuman-430911: I got through immediately and after giving my issue to the rep, was givena proper case number, and update on what was going on, and a request put in for a supervisor to contact me back.

GetHuman-430911: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-430911: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Avis's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-430911: For that I would say three out of five.
