~RJ: they refuse to detail any technical support.**instead they insist I ask a salesperson (an order taker).**I've been a loyal customer for more than ** yrs.**the company is too big AND expensive to be this small.**when have salespeople ever replaced true technical support questions?**shame...this is not how they got where they are today?
